What is your flag and why did you choose it?
Kalnobia's flag is two orange stripes surrounding a red one. It symbolizes that Democracy (orange) always conquers over communism (red), an obvious relation to the Talov Revolution.

Re: What is your flag and why did you choose it?
I love the union jack, and green and orange are my favourite colours. I always have to add a disclaimer, however, that Ainkien's flag is not meant to be a political statement about Irish and British relations since green and orange are the colours on the Irish flag. It all just worked out that way.
There is symbolism to be explained, however.
1) The use of the union jack. The union jack is a combination of three crosses. In Ainkien, three Christian churches, Anglican Communion, Lutheran Church and Roman Catholic Church, were instrumental in recruiting people to live in Ainkien, so the three crosses are a nod to them.
2) Green represents the natural world. Orange represents energy and technology. The flag is meant to represent balance between the two.

The green background (or field in heraldic terms) of Lower Columbia's flag represents the nation's extensive temperate rainforests, which dominate the original area from which the country grew. The blue Nordic cross symbolizes the Columbia River, another of the kingdom's most important natural resources, as well as the nation's large population of Scandinavian immigrants and their descendants (not to mention the country's origins as a haven for persecuted Christians from around the world and the nation's majority faith). The yellow outline to the cross represents the wealth brought by the government's friendliness to capitalism. Finally, the white fleur-de-lis is a royal symbol and also represents another of the country's largest immigrant populations, this time the French and Quebecois. Its color symbolizes the purity that all Lower Columbian monarchs aspire to.

The colors Red; gold and Light Blue. Red- Fire and power- Passion the color of the Ludmellia Tribe. Gold- Royalty the color of the Hazo Seal. Blue- the color of the Natural gas when it burns Natural gas is the main export and helped Perthshire gain a strong hand in world economics.

Tuscarora's flag depicts a form made up of some knot work and slightly resembles a bird. This is to represent Ingomar's soul being cast into Hell from the green Earth. That gets into a bit of the country's history, which will be explained in due time in the proper thread. Tuscarora's proximity to the British Isles would explain why knot work would have been used, likely by Gaelic immigrants.

The 'Balance' goes to representing Llithustania's Flourishing Economy and the fact that it's economy keeps every Litusian from starvation and becoming a third world Country.
-The Center red line and red color and red stars represent the Bloodshed, braver & integrity that has gone to defending and fighting for the independence and freedom that has given Llithustania it's rightful identity.
-The Stars obviously represent the number of States which a Federally tied to become one United Republic. 1 star each representing one state there is...equaling to 12 States.
