City Notebooks 2.0

I have made a few recent changes to the City Notebooks (as you may have noticed).

I have divided up all of the CNs into forums by location (or best fit in some cases), this means that six CJs can feature as unread on the main forum page at one time and reduces the amount of forgotten, buried updates.

I have also created this forum which will feature one CN a fortnight (though Holidia will only be featured for a week as a trial). Members will have to bidin this thread and 2 days before the current feature runs out an admin will post a poll. To be featured - you must be a full member, have a completed wiki page (I know Holidia doesn't, this will be fixed shortly), active for the fortnight and commit to post at least 4 updates.

This new system is merely on trial for the week, and any comments/suggestion/question/cpncerns should be stated here...

I like it, like it a lot. It's much more organised this way. Only suggestion I could put forward is that you move the City Notebooks section above the Admin department, since the Notebooks are the focal point of the site, I don't think they should be at the bottom.

I currently still build a wiki page.
