The IA-200 Leo is the designation of converted Airbus A310s that were used as the primary VIP transport of the Illu'an Air Force. The Leo was the official transport of the President of Illu'a and Heads of States. It is still used to transport cargo. The three planes in the fleet are called Leo Alpha, Leo Beta, and Leo Gamma. All three are stationed at Colbitz International Airport ready for transporting important goods. The Airbus A310 has a cruising speed of Mach .84, a service ceiling of 41,000 feet and a range of 9,600 kilometers. The jet can transport cargo as far as Tokyo without refueling.

As of September 2010, the Illu'an Air Force bought 3 Boeing Business Jets (BBJ1, a modified 737-700) and modified them for use as the new official transport for the President. The new BBJs cruise at Mach 0.82, and have a range of 10,205km.

And best of all... I can 'shop it into SC4 pics!
