General Elections of AIN

Schedule:
Day 1: General Elections: Nominations; Nominations Close
Day 2: General Elections: Office Voting
Day 3: General Elections: Office Voting; Voting Closes

For the next three days, the union will be in a state of voting mode: nominate, run and vote for whoever you think is best for the union. You may run for more than one office. There are no requirements for running in a department. However, those running for Vice President and President must commit to being active on a daily basis. We understand school and stuff, but the President and Vice President must be active (sign in, reply to several posts) daily.

If for any reason the President cannot fulfill his or her duties, the current Vice President will take over. If for any reason the Vice President cannot fulfill his or her duties, one of the current admins will step in while a new Vice President is appointed. Administration rights may or may not apply to current President or Vice President.

Discussion and nominations will take place during the summit, but the actual voting will take place in the House of Administration Forum. Voting polls won’t be opened until tomorrow.

If you are running for an office or nominating someone for office, please say why you think you deserve that office, a speech isn’t necessary. Please post them in the nominations section here at the subforum.

Here is the list of the departments.

Department of Transport and Infrastructure:

Department of AIN Games:

Department of Events: Will be in charge of choosing the hosts and making sure that events run smoothly.

Department of Foreign Affairs: This person is our ambassador to other unions, also makes sure that everything runs smoothly between AIN nations.

Department of Economy and Trades:

Department of Education, Safety and Health:

Admins: Maintains the forum organization and peace. Admins are already chosen and in two months, the current admin's term(besides matt) will expire.

President: The President is the head of the union, will be the official spokesperson of the union and will oversee union going-ons along with the admins.

Vice President: The Vice President will help the President and will take over if for any reason the President cannot fulfill his or her duties.
