Sister Cities

In my understanding, sister cities are cities that are similar culturally, economically, intellectually, etc. So if you have a tiny town, the sister city can't be New York City or Tokyo and vice versa with a huge city.

In real-life, neither Singapore have any sister cities nor any city in the world "sistered" with Singapore as Singapore geographically does not have any cities. Although Singapore is considered a city-state, it is still a country.

Or maybe I'm defending Singapore too much.

, I'll remove the no-RW cities. Singapore is a city-state, like monaco or Vatican. That mean it was a city first, and then gets its independance from another country. Hong-Kong was a city-state before the middle of the 90's.

You're better, I already read something on Travel Wikipedia about Quebec (It's in french and written by a Frenchman from France) it said: "Do not ever make a joke or start talking about internal politic of Quebec, because it is too complicated for you either if you're not informated and thinking you will upgrade the conversation, Quebecers are very attached to their Quebec" (Something like that )
