Nice work on the rural highway - I'm absolutely useless at those, seems pretty hard to do to me, certainly in developed areas.

If you have trouble using RHW in developed areas, do as real life did. Plow through stuff to build your important highway.

Or if you mean the spray water, I think that's also a PEG product.
