Special Announcement from the DoT

This is an official Dept. of Transportation announcement from your Head of DoT, Liberater444/ "Geoff."

As I have been horrendously inactive, lethargic on DoT activities, and have yet to put into action *any* of the summits or plans that I proposed during my campaign, I will be stepping down from my position and relinquish all responsibilities. As such, I will not seek reelection nor do I believe that I deserve to.

I still hope to be active more as my position as Administrator and Member.
