AINERO Vote

Today, Aleksania's Legistration voted on the issue of the AINERO. The two options were as follows:
A) Accept the AINERO but do not make it a national currancy (it can not be use to pay taxes, government employes are still payed in the US Dollar. It is up to indevidual buisnesses wether or not to accept it, exept Transportation buisnesses, such as city buss or railways. AIA will exept AINERO for ticket purcheses with an $.50 conversion fee. All government acivitys will still be transacted in US Dollars as in accordance with the 1899 Aleksanian Independce Treaty with the United States)
B) The AINERO will not be accepted at all. (the system will stay as it is currently)

Aleksania cannot make the AINERO the official currency because that would violate acticle 8, Section 4, Clause 2 or the United States of America - Republic of Aleksania Independce Treaty of 1899 which states "The Republic of Aleksania will uses whatever the national currency of the United States of America until the year 2050 or other treaty states otherwise" and intern would violate Aleksania's constitution.

The result is:

House: 12-3 (a-b)
Congress: 26-4 (a-b)

1 INERO is equal to 2.734 U.S. Dollars

i like the AER. We really dont have a 3 letter name for it. But in reality .365 exchange rate isnt uncoming heres the top 5 Currancays in the world at there rate from US Dollars to them

1. USD = .286 Kuwait Dinar
2. USD = .377 Bahrain Dinar
3. USD = .384 Oman rial
4. USD = .481 Latvia lats
5. USD = .598 United Kingdom pound

I see. But I prefer that Ainero is a little bit weaker than the USD. Maybe 1 USD = 0.672 AER?

thatd make it a failing form of money almost. US Dollar is like 13th in the world for highest currency. US Dollar is failing rapidly. So personally i cant agree with you Aran sorry. Its just stay at what was stated above. It may go down. Depends on real world economic situations in the future
