The Canadian Women's ice hockey team defeated the US 2-0 to claim the gold medal! Now the pressure is on the men to get the double on Sunday.

the us isn't gonna fail... they just completely dominated Finland today... last I checked they beat Canada so I think they're pretty much set.

, the problem with Team Canada is simply that they sux with each other... Perhaps, Team USA isn't really good (too much youngs, no veterans) but they really have good relationship with each other and make the play.

finland is the team with the most veterans in the olympics and all the "youngs" just whooped up on them...

The only reason the Canadian team got on the news over here was that they started smoking cigars and getting drunk on the ice after everyone left.

Time zones mean I've not seen much of the games this time round - they start in the night here.
