Don't worry - the Budget is going to change drastically in a few weeks when I do the State of Finances anyway.

Here is the budget for the Kingdom of Hypertrophy.

While the calculating the budget. Kingdom of Hypertrophy realizes a 613 Billion Royals surplus (306 billion :AINERO: )
While I thought the kingdom has a surplis of 7 billion that was figured wrong since the AIN has provided an accurate budget for the year 2010.

Here is where the money is spent in the Kingdom of Hypertrophy



However, the Kingdom of Hypertrophy has a good surplus which will hold on to any emergency or future appropriations. And thanks to the AIN's proposal budget. Hypertrophy has begun recovering from an economic turmoil and the unemployment rate is dropping from 14% in February to 12%. So there are some results. Empress Elina is working diligently to drop the unemployment numbers and create jobs. By the end of 2010, the unemployment rate should drop to at least 8%. That is the goal of Hypertrophy's economy.

To complete the math of the allotment of Hypertrophy's budget from the AIN.

AIN gave the Hypertrophy Kingdom 713 Billion :AINERO: (1.427 Trillion Royals)
Kingdom of Hypertrophy's annual budget 407 Billion :AINERO: (814 Billion Royals)
This leaves the kingdom a surplus of 306 Billion :AINERO: (613 Billion Royals)

Although, while Hypertrophy is considering to keep the surplus... Kingdom of Hypertrophy wouldn't mind to shift 100 billion :AINERO: to Republic of Roanoke Islands, if it is possible.
