There will be one ship of one type sent to your country, nothing else. The ship will have to come back to Atrubia and wait for its next order, if you are the next order, you get the ship sent to you again. If not, you must wait for your turn. LR1-ULCC are NOT PANAMAX. They have to take the route around South America. The ULCC is not even small enough to fit within the new Panamax set forth by the canals being built. The canals are not finished, but when they are, it cannot pass through.
