Member Google Earth Files

In my latest thread in my city showcase section, emgmod had the idea that we should all share any KMZ (Google Earth Data) files we make concerning our nations. I'm going to be the first one to do so; I've made two such files so far. Here is the KMZ file for Lower Columbia, and here is the file for Illu'a (created based on emgmod's modified Google map of his country, overlaid onto the surface of the Earth). If you've made any KMZs about your nation, feel free to upload them somewhere and post a link here, as I have done.

Nice idea can you make one for me? Because I don't have any experience making maps of google earth!

I'll admit to this: I don't know how to download Google Earth files. Where exactly do you place it?

MiguelLeal: Where's your map? I can certainly give it a shot.

emgmod: There should be a folder in your (My) Documents folder called Google Earth Data. Just stick them in there and they should show up in the Places section of your Google Earth sidebar the next time you start Google Earth.

If there's enough files uploaded, we should start organizing it by making a new thread. Preferably called Map of AIN, Google Earth Edition.

This is great, but if google earth is put on full use it does not care about your country and puts things like a volcanic spot on your city, and where do you get this stuff to make it?

Google Earth has all the things needed to make the stuff. If you want to mark a volcano, use an icon that's labeled with the volcano's name.

I have tried making my own KMZ, and I'm glad to say it is successful!
