Hello and welcome to the first update of the United Islands of Ollingdale. In this edition, we’re looking at the main island, Surrey Island, and the growth of the city of Ollingdale, from fledgling village to international centre.

Next time – a full summary of the history of the islands. After that, we see the growth of Ollingdale’s neighbour Woking into a town.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I do use the Euro Road Textures mod, which is here:

That's really annoying - I guess the forum resize will have to do... I can't go through editing 26 images individually to resize them... Cheeky/Razz

The writing in todays short edition is quite long, but it won't be like this again - most editions are only one or two lines an image. :AOIN:

I've worked out how to get the images 800x600, or 600x800 (whatever one's the right size, LOL

) but that won't feature until Edition 12.
I'm working on editing my EXPO images so they're the right size too.

A lot of AIN-input won't feature until about Edition 9, which is when I applied to the Alliance.

You can always upload them to Photobucket or Imageshack. They have resizing tools.

With Surrey Island (Ollingdale) experiencing an oil-fuelled boom, the surrounding islands also became more attractive to developers and Downing Street.
