The closest airports that are capable of handling a 747/A380 are Sydney and Brisbane. Brisbane is closer, under 30 minutes flight time away. Sydney is 45 minutes. Arcacian Airlines has 737-400s at both airports to shuttle athlete's/officials to Providence. Buses will take athletes to the Village from the airport. Officials will be taken to the Sheraton Hotel.

The Petrovar Delegation will be travelling to Providence on a DeltaPetrova plane. Currently they are in Beijing.

They left a six hours ago from the Chihiro International Airport, landed at Beijing. Then they will stop at Singapore. Then they will go to Sydney. And finally about five hours from now they will be in Providence.

Fornax's national carrier, Caroline Airways, will be transporting the Fornaxian Team to Providence via an Airbus A330-300 plane flight number CA004S.

For safety reasons, throughout the journey, the Fornaxian Air Force will escort the plane until the border of Arcacian Airspace, where the Fornaxian Authorities request the Arcacian Air Force to escort the plane to safety.

All military planes escorting the A330 will be armed with missiles in an attempt to destory any air-to-surface missiles firing at the A330 plane.

Arcacia has no air force. Your request for an escort was referred to the Royal Australian Air Force, who have committed 2 F-15s to escort duty. The Australian planes will take over escort duty 100 nautical miles from Providence and will end their escort at the maritime border 20 nautical miles from Providence. No military aircraft will be permitted to enter Arcacian airspace. The French Navy is currently on patrol in the Coral Sea between Arcacia and New Caledonia, whilst the Royal Australian and Royal New Zealand Navies are patrolling the Tasman Sea.

After the Fonaxese military aircraft have complete their escort, they have been given entry clearance into Australian air space to land at Amberley Air Force Base in Brisbane, Queensland for refuelling. The MUST NOT overfly Arcacia en route.

Due to Aleksania's use of a nuclear weapon, no Aleksanian aircraft will be permitted to enter Arcacian airspace. Aleksania must therefore land its athletes in either Sydney or Brisbane and meet an Arcacian Airlines 737 shuttle. No Aleksanian military personnel will be allowed to enter Arcacia.
