Hispania didn't move because it was runner-up to the 2010 AIFF World Cup and hasn't participated in AIFF events since.

I have a point system julien.. The reason escambia jumped you is cause they did good in their tournament and they got points for hosting a tournament.. You get points for Hosting, winning your group, reaching the semifinals, and the top 3 all get points.. It's just the way it worked out
