After a few days the Shushtrepistaz Government has set up some laws to deal with this (Two other laws were passed but were not relating to the attacks of 5/19)

Dublin Act
I. Base
---Because of the events of 5/19 a set of laws in order to prevent another attack like this to happen called the Dublin Act
---This act will not be changed until 5/19/2011 when negotiations will be allowed.

---Shushtrepistaz law cannot go beyond the nation
---Shushtrepistaz's Department of External Affairs has control of law outside of the Nation, but it requires permission from any nation to arrest an individual or take down an organization
----The Department of External Affairs has to abide with other nations laws and cooperate with them to do anything

VI. During War
---This law will be maintained with an addition to two more actions
----Shushtrepistaz has the right to Seize enemy ships entering 50 mi of the nation
----Shushtrepistaz will shoot down any hostile Aircraft within 30 mi of the nation

VII. Borders
---Shushtrepistaz will use 10% less protection around lower level boundary disputes
---Islands neighboring Shushtrepistaz will be protected with Shushtrepistaz law

---This law will be immediately removed if 90% of the Senate approves of so

The island had a large amount of coal and was mined for it
