Residential Modifications

I have recently DL'd iLive reader, and I'm attempting to mod some growable only/ploppable Residential lots so that they will not get abandoned. Currently, I am in Beta Technique testing.

Just apply to be a Beta Tester, and DL my tests. If the technique works, expect to see the recently released Pencil Tower Ultimate Pack from Bixel finished soon. I currently have his approval to upload a mod pack to ST; but I first need you all to try out the test models and tell me if they work.
