Need a mod

Is there a mod that prevents buildings from becoming abandoned? I think I remember seeing one at some point.
The reason I ask is that one of my skyscrapers has become abandoned "due to commute time" which is completely stupid, as it is on a corner, in the middle of town and is easy walking distance to two subway stations, a light rail station and a railway station. I mean... what do sims expect? Someone to arrive at their door with a sedan chair to carry them?
