City Notebook of the Month - November

The November City Notebook will be decided on by the admins if there is more than one applicant. If you are interested in having your country featured please post below. The only thing that we ask is that you know for sure that you can produce a couple of update next month should your country be selected.

Deadline: 31st October 2010
