Vladivostok, Syldavia - President Vladimir Almaz announced today a state visit to France by him and the minister of foreign affairs. According to our sources, it was decided yesterday to go to France while there was other possibilities. Of course, the French government was a bit surprised, but they welcomed the arrival of President Almaz that they haven't seen a president of Syldavia in visit sooner than 1989 after the fall of the Berlin War and the independence of Syldavia.

South Uroboria's riots in Kegi | Uroboria's Flu

Blaketown, Uroboria - The riots are more and more violent in Kegi, a city in South Uroboria at only a few kilometers from the border of the Province of Uroboria. The citizens of the region are very worried about the situation. Syldavians in the city have already been evacuated to Jeakei for the time of the riots. Syldavian forces are helping the Shushtrepistazian forces as much as they can as they try to stop the riots and control the population. Blaketown was also a lot affected by the flu: economy went down at the Blaketown Stock Exchange while the unemployment rate hits the 12%; a record since the Great Crisis of 1929. But, great news were announced this morning in Klow:

"Vaccines has been founded, but it is still in test and it is too soon to product it in mass numbers, but don't worry, we hope to be able to produce it by this saturday. We will distribute it for free in the whole country and for Shushtrepistaz."

Relations with Canada downgraded after all Syldavia surprised of the conditions of minority in Canada.

Calgary, Alberta - Today, Greenpeace demands the opening of an investigation into the fate of its activists last summer by the correctional officers Remand Centre in Calgary. For more informations [only in French]

Vladivostok, Federal District - Minister of Justice, Constantin Vlodoska, condemns these conditions reported by Greenpeace and by the manifestants against the G8 and G20 in Toronto last year. "This is an outrage! It is pure racism! The Canadian Federal Government aswell as the Provincial Governments in Canada need to do something against this." - Said Mister Vlodoska. Elections in Cattala

Vladivostok, Federal District - President Almaz didn't pronounced his opinion about the elections in Cattala saying that it wasn't his business and that it'll become his business when the elections will be over. According to a cable gate reported by SyLeaks, the Syldavian Government is watching very carefully the elections...

Blaketown, Uroboria, Syldavia - BSE went higher again today by gaining 8.2% after the announcement of the bankrupt of Shushtrepistaz Energy and the rumors of the cancelling of the partnership between Cattala and Shushtrepistaz on the Wind Project in Cattala.
At the same time, SYLDRO, Syldavia's national and public energy company gained +12 points at the end of the day.
While the stocks in the NATO World is dropping dramatically. This week, the S&P/TSX in Toronto lost 4.27%. In New York, the S & P 500 plunged 4.58%. The Dow lost 4%. The Nasdaq crash of 6.58%. Asian stock exchanges are slowly increasing with TSE (Tokyo Stock Exchange) increasing, even if Shushtrepistaz Stock Exchange decreased because of Energy.

AINERO gained 2 cents over the USD since the beginning of August.
The week also saw the gold pack yet another record Thursday and is now over. Oil continues to fall.

Syldavia Airways also gained 5% today after the announcement of the order of 5 Airbus A380.
"Aviation is getting well in Syldavia." Said Syldavia Airways CEO. "I promise you you will have other surprises pretty soon..."
After that speech, rumors of all kind went out of the BSE.

Liberators City, Atlantic Federation - Today in the AIN Expo pavillon of Cattala, the representatives didn't mention the fiasco of the unauthorized by Shushtrepistaz "secret mission" of the Cattalian Special Forces. Is it only for saving faces to the AIN World? Trying to make people forget? Shushtrepistazian are already mad about it saying that Cattalians representatives are liars. On the other side, Shushtrepistaz pavillon was very very quiet during the expo. Having something to hide? Maybe some Brenzaltanian rebels riots or other industries problems? Who knows. On our side [Syldavian], we were also quiet but we still show off something. 8) EXPOs are a place to show off your country and people. It is very important. Seem that Syldavia was busy on other things 'cause the budget allowed to its pavillon was kinda small compared to last year...

held a press conference on what he called "outrageous lies from the trashy newspaper, in a socialist and corrupt nation"

Supporting the fact that the Vladivostok Informer, the only English newspaper in Syldavian Mainland, is a private newspaper that has nothing to do with the Government of the Federal Republic of Syldavia, we think it'll be fair to say that Shushtrepistaz' VP should think long and hard before speaking... and that what was said after doesn't erase what was said before.

"I'm not very surprised." Said the chief editor of the Клoв трибуна [Klow Tribune]. "Like, you don't have a lot of free [as having freedom] newspapers in Shushtrepistaz so... maybe he's jealous?"
This touch of humor lighten the atmosphere in the pavillon of Syldavia in Liberators City 2011 AIN-EXPO.

The Expo Pavillion Team of the United Kingdom of Cattala request a formal apology from the Vladivostok Informer regarding their article that stated that we failed to discuss the recent Uroboria mission conducted by the Forza D'Assalto.

We request that this formal apology be published in your newspaper tomorrow or further action will be taken to force a public apology by your newspaper and editor.

War of Words is continuing!

"We are not in Cattala. We respect the laws of our country: Syldavia. We won't apologize because there is nothing to apologize about. Your reaction just make our newspaper right about what was published yesterday." - Jenna Larkson, Chief Editor of the Vladivostok Informer.

"Well, I think they [Expo Pavillion Team of Cattala] over-reacted. Maybe they don't have newspapers like the Vladivostok Informer in Cattala, where there's personnal opinions, rumors and other stuffs published. Again, I repeat this is not of our business, all the newspapers in Syldavia have anything to do with the governments." - President Vladimir Almaz of Syldavia.

Vladivostok, Federal District, Syldavia - Today, the Chief Editor of our newspaper and the President himself made a press conference about the War of Words happening lately between the Vladivostok Informer, the government of Shushtrepistaz and the Expo Pavillion Team of Cattala. We were open on opinions about the events so here is the 3 with most "good votes":

1. I agree with Mrs Larkson on this, they just put themselves deeper in "their mistake". They don't realize newspapers are newspapers. You don't always agree with what it's said in it until you control the journal itself. I hope the Information Law will stay forever in Syldavia! (403 votes)

2. I think this is going too far... When the President himself is commenting on the issue, it's because it has gone too far. Cattala's Expo Team should just calm down and stick to their job and not get reached by newspapers. Blaketown, Uroboria, Syldavia - BSE increased by 8% today after the announcement of Syldavia being a permanent member of the ASC - Alliance Security Council.

Rumors about Syldavia Airways are also contributing of the major increase of the BSE. Indeed, the most serious rumor is about Syldavia Airways merging with another major airline. Lately, a lot of airlines merges, mostly because of financial issues such as United/Continental and Delta/Northwest.
