Agreed, it really does not look poor. Its more suburban, then again, that is the best custom content available for a poor Asian city.

Donnington&Luo Yang

Built by the British in 1920's Donnington is now called Luo Yang by the locals.. the city is south of Okatabawashi city, 1 km away from it is the Southern Dragon, the most south point of land of the country

Blackpool Canal

Built back in the 30's Blackpool canal was used as an access to the Liverpool Harbour, the c anal being to small today the ships use another canal

LuShuan is the CBD of Okatabawashi city, it was called Admiralty until 1993, it is the headquarters of many Okatabawashian Banks and trading companies, the Government sieges there, in the Green Tower nearby the palace
