Where?

Escambia City, URE will be the host of the first AIN Expo.

What is AIN Expo?

Ainexpo is a unique event showcasing nations of AIN. Similar to city journals, but pavillions/booths(individual threads) will be showing you their entire country in one week. The purpose of Ainexpo is to aid in the further knowledge of our fellow nations as well as a healthy competition resulting in flourishing nations, culturally, industrially as well as economically. The Ainexpo will help improve and better the cities of AIN nations to prepare our cities for international competitions such as the the simlympic bids, championship bids, AIN games bid, AIN Summit and other things.

How do I participate?

Being a member of AIN automatically qualifies you to participate in the expo. Under "Country Pavillions" you can create a thread all about your country. The first week, you will be asked to post everything pertaining to your country(however, it is recommended that you post mainly pictures and less stories/news of your country). Each participating nation will talk about their culture, industry, economy, cities, downtowns, infrastructure, education, crime, health care, security, going-ons and such as.

The second week, it will be a critique session where other members(you can critique your own thread as well) by giving them constructive criticism regarding the realism, use of BATs, eye-candy level, positive & negative aspects and whatever comes to the critic's mind. Also, don't forget to add what the person can do to remedy your issue. Don't just say "city building skills need work on". Add what they can do to fix that problem. Offensive language and degrading critics will be removed. Please be honest, but at the same time, be courteous. The main purpose of this week is for us to learn what makes our cities/countries awesome and/or not so great and what we can do to fix it.

The third week will be a semi-competitive, semi-comparison session where a thread will be made specifically on downtowns, suburbs, residential centers, commercial centers, government complexes, sport/cultural centers, other places of interests. Participating members will post their country's pictures in the respective threads and from there we can compare each country on the same page.

Of course the expo will conclude with the closing ceremony. So we look forward to seeing your country's exhibition in Escambia!
