More Details:
Newly released Info gives us a much clearer picture:
At about 4:30 pm (EST), the Commander John Birmingham Air Force Base, in Johnson City Aleksania, was bombed by Fijian jets. Aleksania Quickly responded by carrying out a bombing raid on Fiji's capital, Suva, with Aleksanian F-15E's and Tu-16 Bombers. Also, Aleksania is said to be sending the RAS Aleksania and the RAS Battle of Johnson Bay to provide air support for a possible invasion of Fiji.

Re: WAR!
well, didn't want to get to over my head, and one less military junta in the world makes the world a better place (theoretically, wouldn't want to anger the N koreans )
Re: WAR!
As Rafforsia is within the South East Asian region, it could provide military support should Aleksania requested for military support.

Re: WAR!
Actually, it's not. The AIN human rights charter does not prevent individual countries from using the death penalty. This was one of the main sticking points with the initial draft.
He can't be tortured, forced into slavery or anything like that, but he can be executed, provided it isn't done in a cruel, Dickensian fashion, such as stoned to death, drawn and quartered or burned at the stake.

Re: WAR!
Well it has to go through the AIN court. He already signed it up. Sorry so no execution for now. Once you sign up it goes thru the AIN Supreme Court
Also direct quote from the Constitution. I was wrong in some areas saying execution wasnt allowed. But by our law here it is:

Re: WAR!
I signed up Robert Tiiglaar. Also, he was tried in a military court, because this case involves Treason
Re: WAR!
Well either way your sentence wont be accepted by AIN. Its against AIN law under the Constitution

Re: WAR!
I will go through the AIN Supreme Court though. This is also considered attempted genocide because of possessing the materials to make a nuclear weapon. And also, if im not mistaken, the AIN constitution is still in its rough draft form. Also, I think if it is in effect, we should allow military executions by firing squad (i'm not sure how thats toucher, unless the firing squad has really bad aim or are intently trying to make it painful, a shot to the head is painless (i would think, i've never actually experienced it))
Re: WAR!
Its still torture. Its inhuman to kill a person like that. Thing is we dont know if they experience pain tho. Even a millisecond of pain is not allowed. AIN constitution isnt in rough draft. Its fully in effect. We just add to it from time to time on new laws. Thats why a full version is currently posted

Re: WAR!
Aleksfacco, I know your very young, but perhaps you should track down a copy of "Executions." It's a documentary showing actual executions, some of which are extremely horrific. Watching it once is enough to turn anyone off the death penalty.
Here is a run down of how long it takes someone to die when executed:
Lethal injection - up to 30 minutes. Extremely painful, feels as though entire body is on fire.
Hanging - anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. If the rope is too short, the victim dies from slow strangulation. Too long and their head is ripped off their body.
Shooting - Anywhere up to four hours. Victims bleed to death if not killed by initial trauma. Your claim that a shot to the head is painless is grossly off the mark. A person may, after being shot in the head, appear dead, but they exist in a schizophrenic hell until they die.
Electrocution - Anywhere up to an hour. The victim is cooked alive.
Apart from the horrendous death, there are three other considerations:
1. Should a person, even having been convicted, not have every right and opportunity to clear their name? Even the courts get things wrong sometime and you can't release a person who is later proven innocent if they are dead.
2. Isn't life in a cage worse than death? If you really want to punish someone, stick them in prison and forget about them. They will spend years, decades in fact, pining for freedom, but knowing they can never have it. To me, life without parole is by far the harshest punishment a civilised society can inflict. Which brings me to my last point:
3. Does the death penalty have any place in a civilised society? How can a society hold the right to life up as sacred, when the State effectively sanctions murder?
