Congratulations to the winners! I'm amazed at how Ainkien seems to be really good at getting silver medals just like in the December Simlympics... and the Nalsas are so often in fourth or fifth, but have done really well too with medals so far.

How many days of competition are there?

I think 16 days. As about Nalsa, well, there's an average of 3 nations which put points in one event, the others are randomly selected, but don't get medals.
