Embassies in Providence

An executive decision was made to move all embassies out of the city to a new ambassadorial complex in North Providence. The existing industrial estate was demolished to make way for the new complex which includes exclusive residential areas and shops, as well as a new light rail circuit, connecting the complex with North Providence railway station.

Here is an overview of the complex, including an aerial view showing the location in relation to Providence:




The complex is divided into three sectors. Here are some close-up shots showing the locations of all embassy lots:

I'm afraid I have some bad news. The embassies were demolished to make way for the new Olympic Park.


All embassies were moved into offices in downtown Providence. The new Embassy Building (the blue one on the right) is now home to all embassies. Everyone was essentially given an entire floor, which corresponds to their original lot number in the old ambassadorial district.

So, with the new signups, here are the new locations of embassies in Providence.
