Besides, with what I'm planning for the OC, if I waited until the winner was announced I simply wouldn't have time to put it all together. If I don't win, it's easily edited for future bids. I'm a Master of Science student and bidding opens the same time as the semester starts, so I have to do as much as humanly possible before then.
