In the Hypertorphy Kingdom, the only health insurance the country offers is Transworld Health Insurance.

This insurance only covers Hypertrophians who visit nations that doesn't have a universal health care system (i.e. United States or Aleksania) The rates are very simple and gurantees the coverage 100%

Single party: 50 Royals
Married Couple: 70 Royals
Family Package: 100 Royals
Seniors: 25 Royals

Although Transworld Health Insurance is covered in some counties. It isseeking
some partnareships with some countries that doesn't offer any single-payer health plans.

The Aleksanian government has a low price "vacation" heathcare for those who are traveling to Aleksania from contries with a universal healthcare system.
You will get basic medical functions (x-Ray, cast, non-perscription medication) for only $70 (US) a week per adult, with childern and seniors* being only $60 a week.

You will get advased medical coverage (emegency room vist, life dependent sugery, perscription drugs (must contact doctor first)) for only $140 (US) a week for adults and $120 a week for childern and seniors.

If your government provides an international heathcare service, Aleksania will accept it in most cases.

Medicare Arcacia offers free health insurance for travellers. It comes into effect automatically and all people need to do is present there Medicare card.

Visitors to Arcacia are automatically covered by Medicare and do not require separate insurance.

The insurance in Galliar is paid by taxes. Some chirurgical operations and products are not covered by the insurance, but common things, such as antibiotics, vaccination, etc. are covered.

Holidia has a national health service available to all Holidian, British and Irish citizens and EU tourists.

It covers all health expenses excluding:

- Non emergency transport (i.e. ambulances for those who need non-urgent care).
- Various experimental treatments, approved safe by the NMC (National Medical Commission) but not yet cost effective to be part of the H/S.
- Care homes for the Elderly.
- All medical treatment for people not holding British/Irish/Holidian/EU citizenship OR not holding a tourist visa.
- Second time: transplants (of same organ), heart bypasses or other medical expenses caused by continued drug abuse/extreme activities/excessive alcohol or other harmful activities.
- Alternative medicine
- Prescriptions (for those over 16, not in full-time education, not receiving a state pension, under 75 and not receiving disability/job-seeker/low-income benefits)

The Health service is funded 70% through the national budget, 20% through charities (mainly for hospice, stroke and cancer care), 5% through advertising and 5% through private donations/investments.

Health insurance for other countries is provided to HOLIDIAN citizens for free by the diplomatic service in the relevant nations covering the expenses of all emergency care and no interest loans for all other care.
