AINSSA - AIN Secret Services Agencies

Imagine: A New World! In the real world, the intelligence services play a vital role to prevent or cause conflict between nations. This combination of Secret Services of all the nations of the AIN will aim to control and minimize the decisions taken by these services. In addition, there will be a president of the assembly, commonly known as: SSA President, changing each year from a member nation to another (as in the European Union).

Hey ummm we usually discuss and debate ideas/suggestions in the debate chamber before putting them up for voting, so I hope you dont mind me putting this in the debate chamber and removing the poll

hmmm....i like the idea. is this role playing or real world? I think SUTO and the AIN Court would be the real world maintainer of peace

Well. It's okay for an idea. But What's the actual sole purpose fo the agency. We have the SUTO that deals with international affairs and the AIN Court handles trials that are multi-jurisdictional, which normally deals with both genocide, war-like crimes and possible terrorism.

Blakeway, I understand how you want to flourish an idea and that's great. But you need to come up with an idea that can be totally different. Not only that, Secret Service only deals with a domestic task. Ranging from protectiong a domestic leader or political official to handling counterfeit money, to intelligence.

And if your idea is about intelligence as a whole committee, we do have the SUTO which deals with that kind of stuff to begin with.

To be honest: I don't like the idea. But I hope you can come up with something better.

Arcacia already has a secret service. The ASP (Arcacian Secret Police) is a branch of the police and operates a bit like the British Secret Service or CIA/FBI. It handles protection of the President and other high level diplomats as well as investigating major crimes.

Well, Universal Fornax have it's own Secret Service, the Donaxeration of Fornax Universal Secret Force (DoF - USF). As it is Top Secret, what it does is Top Secret. The identity of the members employed into this authority are kept in Top Secret and they will be protected for life.

Holidia is not in support of this idea as we have very strict policies on sharing our intelligence.
