The next major union summit will be held for a second time in Chihiro, Petrova, as nobody has expressed their interest in hosting this summit. We also have a lot to cover during this next summit, so I figured we should prepare for the summit early. Even though the actual summit won't be starting until February, we will be talking about topics beforehand through pre-requisite topics later on in January. Here are some topics that we will be covering and will be spanning over several days:

  -Addition of Articles (such as administration job descriptions)

  -Revision of Articles

• Union Bank (AIN Bank, Central Bank of AIN, Bank of AIN, Bank of the Alliance)
  
• Things Discussed During the LoN-AIN Conference
  
• How Do You Feel About AIN?

February 2010 General Elections

Campaign Period Begins: Friday, 5 February, 2010
Voting Opening: Saturday, 13 February, 2010
Voting Closing: Wednesday, 3 March, 2010

Within the February Summit, there will be the union elections. So, please think about running. In order to run or vote for office, you need to be a full member(so if you're a junior member and qualify to be a full member, hurry up and apply to be a full member now!) Here are the offices open in the next election:

• Head of Economy and Trades
  
• Head of Education, Safety and Health
  
• Head of Foreign Affairs
  
• Head of Transport and Infrastructure
  
• Head of Chamber of Intelligence

How about adding "Space Security Peacekeeping Force" to the summit?

I have took a great look of the constitution. Very good layout. However, I'm still trying to figure out the Human Rights Constitution

The purpose of the Human Rights Constitution was to help establish a peacekeeping commitee to enforce the laws of every nation that is accepted. Such as the SUTO.

My suggestion should be that we should impliment a series of admendments that will express the rights of the member, we have the rules but we're missing one thing.

We should impliment something that will help every member in this union. Because I can forsee some future conflict along the way if we don't impliment it.

Question: when does the SUTO get activated? right now there are some pretty bad stuff going around AIN, such as earthquakes and terrorist attacks. SUTO would be very usefull right now.
