Pending | Treaty of Galactical Protection for AIN

The Treaty of Galactical Protection for AIN is currently under pending and the outcome will depend in the result of Project Coldleo.

Being discussed since the beginning of Project Coldleo, the Treaty of Galactical Protection for AIN, or simply TOGAPFA, is a treaty where Rafforsia, with the help of Fortei, Prenca and the United Freecaxian Republic (UFR), will protect all nation of the Alliance of Independent Nations (AIN).

The treaty works as such: if any of the AIN members were attacked by any hostile Space Nation, Rafforsia will use its weapons that are currently being tested under Project Coldleo to attack the hostile Space Nation. Fortei, Prenca and UFR will manufacture these weapons and will supply them to Rafforsia.

Discussions to non-Project Coldleo members are closed until all details for TOGAPFA are finalized. Discussions are expected to open on February 2010.

Why later? It's still early January.

Well, the results of Phase 3 of Project Coldleo is expected to be announced anytime from the last week of January 2010 to the first week of February 2010. Therefore, non-Project Coldleo participants will be unable to give their own opinions until then.

TOGAPFA will be created depending on the results of Project Coldleo.
