I agree with the Embassy drive. If a member nation doesnt want applications, they could post a topic concerning the status of their decision, which compromises pro- and anti-embassy ideas, and leaves it all organized.

I agree too with embassy drive. And, if a nation doesn't sign, it will be placed on an office building in the city.
