Yes, the ASC should help members improve their bids and be constructive - they should be advisors to the bidders, but shouldn't dictate bids.

2.Should the ASC act as a unionwide organization for AIN?
Yes, or for those nations that want to be part of it.

2a. Should the ASC promote PAS, post game results, show news regarding the simlympics and the games?
Yes.

3. Should all the AIN nations in the simlympics join ASC?
If they would like to - we shouldn't force them.

My only other comment is that it should be a voluntary organization, that helps improve bids - it shouldn't be forceful or given a huge amount of power.

1.Should the ASC be involved with AIN member bids to host the games? Answer one of the following questions based on your answer.
Yes. The ASC should simply be a forum for members to get constructive criticism. Applicants should bid for the Top 2 or 3 spots in which those countries would represent the AIN in the Simlympic Bids.

2.Should the ASC act as a unionwide organization for AIN?
I think the ASC should show results, and post news about all the events, but particularily about AIN participants.

3. Should all the AIN nations in the simlympics join ASC?
I think it should be an option for AIN members to join. If they join, they should accept that there are 2 top spots to represent our union.

4. What are your opinions, suggestions, comments, concerns about the ASC?
As said above, the ASC should be a place for feedback, growth, and healthy competition, where members of the ASC can compete to represent AIN in the Simlympic Bids.

I think it would be best if the ASC only helped improve bids. Let's let members bid if they want to; the more bids, the better!

2.Should the ASC act as a unionwide organization for AIN?
Yes.

2a. Should the ASC promote PAS, post game results, show news regarding the simlympics and the games?
Those all sound like good things for it to do.

3. Should all the AIN nations in the simlympics join ASC?
It should be a voluntary organization, but membership should be encouraged for all members who want to bid.

4. What are your opinions, suggestions, comments, concerns about the ASC?
None at this time.

1.Should the ASC be involved with AIN member bids to host the games? Answer one of the following questions based on your answer.

No.

2.Should the ASC act as a unionwide organization for AIN?

No.

2a. Should the ASC promote PAS, post game results, show news regarding the simlympics and the games?

I don't see why not.

3. Should all the AIN nations in the simlympics join ASC?

No.

4. What are your opinions, suggestions, comments, concerns about the ASC?

A Simlympic bid or participation in the Simlympics is the domain of the individual nation and should be independent of the union. As far as bidding is concerned, it is entirely possible that two member nations might be competing against each other for hosting rights and I know that I for one do not want my bid seen before bidding opens. The existing thread on SimSports where Yorke's bid is visible is more of a promotion and does not necessarily represent the final bid.

Whether a nation wants to compete in the Simplympics is also a sovereign issue.

As far as joining the ASC, Arcacia already has it's own ASC - Arcacian Simlympic Committee and sees no need for replacing it or having another tier above it.

In short, Arcacia does not support and will not join with this measure.

1.Should the ASC be involved with AIN member bids to host the games?
Yes, the ASC should be involved in the Bid Process. This involvement should be purely on a voluntary basis. To clarify, Let's say I want to Bid for the Royal City of Ascadylea to host the summer games. I put together a bid, personally, then I would show my bid to the ASC. The ASC should be comprised of people with superior PhotoShop, Image editing and BAT skills who can offer advice on Presentation and maybe able to help the presenter Personalize some venues so that they look extra special.
1a.If you answered yes, what should the ASC do? Should the ASC just help make
the bids better, or should the ASC suggest whether a bid should be or
shouldnt be sent to the ISC?
I think i answered all of this above, but to reiterate. The ASC should be a committee of experts that offer suggestions for Bids for various Simlympics. By no means should the ASC try and dissuade one from entering their bid to the ISC, as this is the creators prerogative.

2.Should the ASC act as a unionwide organization for AIN?
The ASC should be comprised of a BAT'er, an Image Guru, a SC4 expert and someone who follows the SimSports Olympic coverage like a fiend. Whoever fits these criteria should be the committee. They should only exist as an Advisory Council, as I mentioned in my answer to question 1.
2a. Should the ASC promote PAS, post game results, show news regarding the simlympics and the games?
Yes. They would be responsible for updating the AIN website with AIN specific Olympic Coverage.

3. Should all the AIN nations in the simlympics join ASC?
No. There wouldn't be anything to Join. The ASC would be an advisory Council that offers suggestions and feedback to bidders, help to bid winners to make sure that the Host Nation puts on the Best Simlympics Ever.

4. What are your opinions, suggestions, comments, concerns about the ASC?
I feel that the Simlympics are an individual nation's time to try and grab some of the SimWorld's spotlight. The ASC should exist sorely as an advisory council that gives assistance when asked. Assistance should be non-biased and again only given when asked.
