Introduction

The Union Constitution is one of the most important document of AIN. Once finished, it will be evaluated and ratified by all the current union members. The constitution will serve as a guideline and rulebook for the union.

This discussion only pertains to the second and third articles of the AIN Constitution. Here are the current excerpts:

"The rules of AIN are basic, but necessary.

• 2.1 - No offensive language or harassment of any members of this union
  
• 2.1.1 - 1st Offense is a 3 Day ban from the forums
  
• 2.1.2 - 2nd Offense 1 week ban
  
• 2.1.3 - 3rd offense banned permanently from AIN
  

• 2.2 - Pictures must be appropriate and no succeed the 800 pixel width
  
• 2.2.1 - 1st Offense, is a warning from Admins
  
• 2.2.2 - 2nd Offense 2 Day Ban
  
• 2.2.3 - 3rd Offense 1 week ban
  
• 2.2.4 - 4th Offense banned permanently from AIN
  
  

• 2.3 - No Spamming of the forums
  
• 2.3.1 - 1st Offense warning from Admins
  
• 2.3.2 - 2nd Offense 1 week ban
  
  
• 2.3.3 - 3rd Offense banned permanently from AIN"
  

• 3.1 - All governmental positions in the AIN are 6 month terms.
  
• 3.2 - Only full members can be elected for government positions
  
• 3.3 - Government leaders can be reelected in as many consecutive terms as possible
  
• 3.4 - If a government leader resigns or is fired will be replace within 1-2 weeks by the a union vote for a new leader for that position

Yup, except the Picture width limit. The picture width limit is unneccessary.
