Introduction

The Union Constitution is one of the most important document of AIN. Once finished, it will be evaluated and ratified by all the current union members. The constitution will serve as a guideline and rulebook for the union.

Discussion Questions

1. Is there anything at all in the constitution that you think doesn't belong there?

2. Should there be anything added to the constitution(new laws, rights, guidelines, passed chamber of intelligence acts, etc.)

3. How do you think we should go about amending the constitution once it's been passed?

3.1 - All governmental positions in the AIN are 6 month terms.
3.2 - Only full members can be elected for government positions
3.3 - Government leaders can be reelected in as many consecutive terms as possible
3.4 - If a government leader resigns or is fired will be replace within 1-2 weeks by the a union vote for a new leader for that position

Not at this time

2. Should there be anything added to the constitution(new laws, rights, guidelines, passed chamber of intelligence acts, etc.)
Maybe mandatory activeness guidlines, just to make sure everyone's contributing to the union.

3. How do you think we should go about amending the constitution once it's been passed?
If enough people think one way or another about the subject, we should hold a vote. Unless EVERYONE, and I mean every single member of this union, agrees, there should be a vote.

EDIT: Btw, I've never seen that counrty, but I'd like to!

"All the members of AIN can vote in the elections."

If there are new major changes (grammatic and spelling errors are considered minor changes) such as new laws, have a vote.

4. What should be mentioned for the job descriptions? If you would like, please feel free to write post what you think the descriptions should be.

3.5.3 - Education, Health and Safety Director
The Director of Education, Health and Safety oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of the people's lifelong education and the health condition of the people from cradle to grave. It too oversees both international and intranational security of the Alliance.

3.5.4 - Economy & Trades Director
The Director of Economy & Trades oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of the economical status of all AIN nations. It too observes and strengthen all trades amongst the nations, both local and international.

3.5.5 - AIN Games Director
The Director of AIN Games oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of the iconic AIN Games, held a couple of times per year. It ensures that the Games go on smoothly without any hiccups.

3.5.6 - Events Coordination Director
The Director of Events Coordination oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of any events happening within AIN, whether union-wide or local. It ensures that such events go on smoothly without and hiccups.

3.5.7 - Foreign Affairs Director
The Director of Foreign Affairs oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of affairs that concerns all AIN nations and all other international organizations. It ensures that AIN could maintain a good relationship with other international organizations and all AIN nations get along with one another well.

3.5.8 - Infrastructure & Transportation
The Director of Infrastructure & Transportation oversees all nations of the Alliance of Independent Nations in regarding of the infrastructure management and the transportation network of all AIN nations. It ensures that every infrastructure and transportation network goes on smoothly to avoid troubles in future.
