War Rages in Belle Chasse

King Matthias of Petrova has made an emergency speech today at the Grapotsch Palace, Chihiro. Tomorrow, he and the queen will travel to Escambia for an emergency meeting with President Nate Saathoff on the matters.

He asks that:
-we have an emergency meeting of all the AIN leaders.
-the war be stopped immediately

He has ordered for:
-a peacekeeping force of 200 units be sent to Vasai immediately
-the Royal Army be ready for an peacekeeping invasion operation on Belle Chasse, Novland & Escambia.
-the Petrovan stock market to re-open again.

The Novlantic Prime Minister has said that Novland in no way will leave Belle Chasse until the job has been finished. If Petrova gets in the way of any Novland military action it may cause casualty's for Petrova.

I apologize for misleading you and your country max, but we have no intentions of harming your country whatsoever. The Petrovar peacekeeping group will only be there to help with assistance, and not to attack unless a civilian from Belle Chasse, Escambia or Novland is threatened. Peacekeeping groups' jobs are to maintain peace and not to cause any more damage to the war.

But, just in case, the Petrovar King has placed the country under Operation Blackout where all airports, seaports, borders and other entrances are closed. We have secured the air from all four directions in the capital as well to make sure that there be no possible attacks on the capital. The King has also left for the Shalman Commenwealth.

If any Petrovan military personnel come into Novland territory Novland will arrest them.

The King has heard the Escambian address to the union...he apologizes...he has now called the peacekeeping forces to return back to Oradea, Petrova.

But he wishes that before such chaos arises again...he wishes that he be informed of the full intents. (Meaning...if y'all are going to make some news about invasions...please be in more details. )

But guys...do you know what peacekeeping is???

Peacekeeping: army are told to only maintain peace and not attack civilians in country they are in. They will only attack in case a foreign country is attacking. Ex: Petrova sends peacekeeping troops to Escambia. They protect and help Escambians. They will only attack if say Novland forces are invading Escambia and Escambian citizens are in danger.

War: army will kill all enemy's forces.

So I don't see why y'all are threatened by Petrova's peacekeeping forces...we are only THERE TO HELP YOUR COUNTRY IN CASE OF AN ATTACK. WE ARE NOT THERE TO ATTACK.
