The Petrovar International Address

My fellow friends and leaders of your great nations...I send my sincerest apologies. My apologies for misunderstanding the conflict between Belle Chasse and Novland and Escambia. For those that don't know, a couple of hours ago, I have recieved intelligence that Belle Chasse is under invasion by Escambia and Novland. I have sent peacekeeping forces and personally instructed them to only keep peace and to not use their arms unless threatened. Little did I know that the invasion was already agreed upon and planned to protect Belle Chasse.

This week I will be traveling to Escambia, Novland Federation and Belle Chasse to personally talk to the leaders. I now lift the blackout and call for a reopening of all borders. However, I do call for caution from our northern nieghbor, Russia. Therefore, I order that the northern borders be closed until further notice. I now end this with the reminder of my apologies to the countries whom I may have enraged...in hopes that we could have a brighter relationship in coming days. In retaliation to the ongoing conflict, the King of Petrova has ordered that 100 emergency medical helicopters along with an army of 200 peacekeeping troops be sent to Perthshire and Novland to assist in evacaution of civilians. He has also warned that expulsion of both countries from AIN is immininent if there is no peace immediately.

At this time Novland dose not need any aid, Novland Emergency Services have taken care of the situation.
