Closing Presentation
Narrator: For the past 34 days, the eyes of the union have been focused on one country, one city: Petrova. Tonight, the 3rd union summit will come to a close with the results of the 2010 winter general elections as well as the results of the union voting. Let's meet tonight's hosts, Sebastien Pmalaopoich and Laurese Kleiner.
Laurese: Komostavos and good afternoon everyone! I'm Laurese Kleiner
Sebastien: And I'm Sebastien Pmalaopoich, live from the NeyorkaOrdon Resort and Casino whooooo!!!
Laurese: That's right Sebastien! We will be your commentators for tonight's closing presentation and NeyorkaOrdon is an international hotspot at the moment with the ceremony happening at the Grand Ballroom with a jam packed 3,000 live audience, more than 350 ain delegates and more than 1.5 billion viewers at home!
Sebastien: Yup and this place is known for its high profile events such as Miss AIN 2009 and the 11th ISC Session. The country has a lot in store for tonight's presentation as this will probably be the last time Petrova will be hosting the union summit, however the country is yet to host more events in the future!
Laurese: Alright, well let's now see what's happening at the stage. Now for the countdown of the ceremony.
Sebastien: And the summit has began with a colorful display of indoor pyrotechnics. Now King Andre IV would like to say a couple of words.
King Andre IV: Ladies and Gentlemen of AIN, welcome! It has been a pleasure to have our guests here in Petrova for the 3rd Union Summit. Here now are the results of the union voting of this summit:
- The union bank should be called the United Bank of AIN.
- SUTO will be removed until a purpose and objective is found for SUTO.
- We will develop the AIN Space Station and Satellite Center even further as well as have role playing trips and missions to space.
- The ASC should promote PAS, post game results, show news regarding the simlympics, help make the bids better.
- The ASC should be a representative group like the International Olympic Committee with one person representing a nation.
- AIN will not be making any stricter memberships for either applicant groups.
- AIN will be keeping the membership polls.
- There will be no further plans to make a new union website.
- According to the majority of the members, most members like AIN, think the people are nice, the forums are organized and that we should promote realism and eye-candy.
- Miss AIN 2010 will be in May, more information to come in mid-March. Bidding will be opening soon.
- There will be two Ainvisions this year, with Petrova hosting the one in June, and the winner of the June Ainvision will host the next Ainvision.
- The 2010 AFA's will be in November!
- The 2010 Golden Doves will be in December.
- AIN will be having both a golf and a cycling race!
- The AINTV photoshop/gimp template will be released for the public and encourage the use of it in event updates.
- There will be a AINTv Newspage Committee to work on the newspage
- There will be an AIN hockey tournament.
- There will be an Boat Expo in the minor summit.
King Andre IV: Now I would like to hand over the stage to the President of this union, Nate Saathoff to announce the results of the 2010 General Elections.
Sebastien: Now, in this program, you won't be seeing the constitution signing. Because that will be next week when everyone has signed their name. Up next is the President with the results of the elections.
President Saathoff: Good evening and welcoming here to the beautiful Petrova. In my hand is the envelope containing the results of the 2010 Winter General Elections. Here are the results.
- President: Nate Saathoff
- Vice President: Peter Reyes
- Foreign Affairs: Julien (Blakeway)
- Intelligence: Daniel (Danspaceman)
- AIN Games President: Nate Saathoff
- AIN Games Vice President: Tyler Dix
- Economy & Trades: Tyler Dix
- Education and Safety: Aran Ho
- Transportation: Patrick (DCMetro34)
Laurese: And there you have it folks, the 2010 Winter General Elections winners! Congratulations!
Sebastien: Congratulations you guys! Now, the fun part of the closing ceremony is coming up! You will be seeing some innovative technology as holographic bubbles and indoor fireworks fill the stage! Next up is some of your favorite international performers live! From Chihiro, Petrova, this is Sebastien
Laurese: And this is Laurese and
Laurese & Sebastien: good night!
