Forum Shuffling....Again

Hey guys. So during the summit, a couple of people were saying how AIN needed to be a little bit more organized. I was looking around the site, and realized that too much is going on in the old House of Administration forums: from the chamber of intelligence to department news to union addresses to the constitution....that a lot of new threads are getting buried or forgotten. So I sorted them out into a new category in the main homepage.

What do you guys think? Do you like it, or should I revert it back to having everything smushed in one subforum?
