This whole situation is so unfortunate.

Not only has Matthew Berry tarnished his own reputation, he has victimised Aleks Facco, who probably feels partly responsible for the situation, even though it is clear he tried to stop it. I have noticed that he hasn't been as active here as he was when I first joined. I suspect he feels alienated by the whole thing.

Good job with the hearing, Nate - very thorough. You asked the right questions and resolved the issues.
