Hey guys, if you have time, may you help me to get out of my problem on SC4 Terraformer?

Here's my problem:

Maybe I missed something but...
I download all the things required. I now double click the icon (on my folders), it does as it is supposed, I guess. But it only make me go to the readme site. Wait here's a picture:

Yes...I think you might have to select a region in that pop up that comes up...but I am not sure....
