Hey Everyone of AIN,

I know you prolly noticed i havn't been on much this week. Im currently in the process of moving to my new $300,000 home Smile Tommorrow i have track meet 2 hours away from here so i wont be back till 11pm CST. Ill also be moved in this saturday. So my activeness will be back up to normal by then. I'll try to catch up saturday and sunday on everything i missed this week

What do you get for $300,000 in America? If you tried to buy a house with that much where I live, you'd get an apartment or a small house.
I think $300k is about £170,000.

Well most of Iowa's housing markets are 15% below the national average cost. A cost that much will get you a pretty nifty home

Here, my house - 3Bed, 1 Ba, 2.5 Reception was valued at £410,000! If we sold that we could buy 3 villas in Florida :LOL:

You'll have a small/medium house in the island of Montreal for 300,000$ but a medium house for 300,000$ in suburbs Laugh
