Song & Representative Selection

Song selection will begin mid-May and end mid-June. Songs can be in a different language. Songs cannot be in the top 50 of any charts to prevent any popular song picks. It is suggested that countries choose song that reflects love or summer, but that is not required.

There's a couple of minor changes to the voting system and national representatives will be introduced. Countries will choose a spokesperson to represent them. More info coming in June.
