Day Three

Today, at approximately 8:15 (am), troops for the Kadrian Socialist Republic landed just East of the City of North Keiv. At first, they met only some small resistance from local Police and civilians. Then, at 8:30, they were attacked by Aleksanian Mil-28 "Havocs" of the Aleksanian 2nd Army Air Forces Reserve Division, based in Keiv. Soon after, Mil Mi-35 "Hinds" and Mi-26M "Halo's" brought in troops to support the beleaguered first responders. After an other half hour, Aleksanian T-90 and M-60s of the 1st armored division arrived, along with 3 Russian Army BMD-2's and a D-30 122mm howitzer, all airdropped. Throughout the morning, the Aleksanian and Russian troops made a fighting retreat, loosing the town of North Keiv. When they reached the Keiv Hills Defense Point, they were reinforced by East Rockcoast. More Soon...
