Travel Advisory Warning

The Travel Advisory Warning, or TAW, is a warning system to warn the people about travelling to the affected countries. A country can be classified into more than one Alert depending on the severity of the situation.

TAW is divided into four categories: Biological Alert, Civil Disturbance Alert, Weather Alert and Watchlist.

Biological Alert is an Alert for countries experiencing any form of biological trouble, whether in the form of a pandemic (e.g. SARS, 2009 A/H1N1) or in the form of an attack or a biological disaster (e.g. nuclear fallout). People are advised to avoid areas of biological trouble as the nature of such biological trouble can range from controllable to uncontrollable.

Civil Disturbance Alert is an Alert for countries experiencing any form of civil disturbances such as civil riot and international war. People are advised to avoid areas of civil disturbance as the nature of such civil disturbance is quite uncontrollable.

Weather Alert is an Alert for countries experiencing any form of weather disturbance such as tropical cyclones, floods and droughts. People are advised to avoid areas of weather disturbance as the nature of such weather disturbance can range from controllable to uncontrollable. Such weather disturbance can also affect more than one country within a short period of time.

Watchlist is an Alert List for countries that might experience any of the above-mentioned troubles and/or disturbances. People are advised to watchout on such areas of possible troubles and/or disturbances.

The following countries will be under the TAW Alert until further notice:

Note
The Minister of the AIN Department of Education, Safety and Health will place Travel Advisory Warning, or TAW, to affected countries or cities through two methods:
1) Based on events posted on City Journals or announcements made publicly on the AIN forums.
2) Requested either through private messaging or through posted comment on this thread. Request will only be approved upon sufficient reason.

TAW will only be removed or downgraded through the following methods:

FAIRlines and Fairview Travel Agencys are closing all flights and travels plans for HIGH and MEDIUM ALERT countries!

Aleksania NO TRAVAL

All commercial flights are banned within aleksania and any non-aleksanian military planes will be shot down.

Squid Airlines will canceled their flight to country with travel alert.

All flights to these nations on HIGH alert are canceled all MEDIUM ALERT level are suggested not to fly there.

Roanoke Island is under medium alert, since Escambia is in a war...and we are a few miles south of them.

Shushtrepistaz does not have the Disease within its nation, and had no reported cases of any.

I assumed that Fronz Island is part of Shushtrepistaz, that's why I wrote Fronz Island, Shushtrepistaz so that people will understand where Fronz Island are located.

@Aleks: I apologize for my slow response as TAW is just a new thing I've added due to the recent troubles AIN is experiencing. Therefore, any changes made after the creation of TAW will be reflected. Otherwise, it may not be reflected.

Arcacia | Significant Alert | Reason: Damaged by minor nature disasters

Um... Aran - can you please remove the travel alert for Arcacia - the tornado hit in Australia and it only lasted a minute. The only damage to Arcacia was a few downed trees and a power pole onto a parked car, all on the same street in suburban Redding. It's since been cleared and the weather is no longer threatening.

Although the wather is clear now, damages are still visible and may disrupt any original travel plans. The Significant Alert is being imposed as more of a lookout alert. It's nothing serious. If things improve, I will remove the TAW Alert.

However, if you insist in removing the alert, I'm fine with it.

Um can ERC change into a medium alert? The riot already over but there still a potential to provoked again.

Can you add Brenzaltan to Pandemic (also another country diff then Shushtrepistaz)

Could you change the travel advisory for Aleksania to medium, the fallout only affects a very small part of the county

Even though its not a dependancy or AIN member, can you add Acijnstan to the list?
