AIFF would like to discuss there plans on international football/soccer during the meeting and how its going to work.

Anyway, time faults aside, are people okay with making the meetings in their continents?

Maybe, I will be present in the two meetings!

Since Nate cannot attend either meeting, I will try and lead both of them, if the other admins don't mind.
Could the people presenting their ideas to the meetings try and make it to at least one of them - somebody will need to fill in for Nate's ideas, if they know enough about them.

• Eastern Hemisphere meetings will be moved back 2 hours from the 10th July.
  
• The AINCAA should be dissolved, after all members present at the meeting decided it was unwieldy and impractical.
  
• In future Union Summits and roleplaying, each nation should have a minister from their Government represent them in discussions, not just leaders of the country. For example, if we discussed bailing out a country, the finance ministers would discuss it.
  

I will be present in 9 PM London Time meeting! And I wish to discuss and seriously talking about:
-Security in AIN;
-Peace in AIN;
-Anti-terrorism in AIN.

Edited with Miguel's discussion points, and I've added a question for the Western Hemisphere meeting members, to discuss whether the AINCAA should be cancelled, which was agreed in the EH meeting earlier today.

I should be in the meeting at 10pm UK time.
