On Day Two of the discussion regarding about the Raffore Islands 2009 Government Ministries Restructuring, it has been decided that Raffore Islands will pull out from the bidding of both the Second Inter-Union Games (COFR and SU) and the Second AIN Games (AIN) due to concerns that the Rafforian Government could not cope with the recent events of Raffore Islands and the travel restrictions towards Raffore Islands due to the latest Swine Flu attacks on Raffore Islands.

The Rafforian Government deeply apologize for the decision and will bid for future Union Games should the opprtunity arrives to make up for the decision.
