Jam Kisser (pro. how you think it is) is a referee well known for reffing university games in both Germany and the Tirnreich. He immigrated to the Tirnland in 2002 from the United States, and gained citizenship for the Tirnreich in 2007.

Njorm Haemmergrund (pro. Nyorm Hay mer groon'd) is a referee that has officiated football games in Poland, Germany, and Norway. He was born in the Tirnreich to Norwegian parents on vacation, and under Imperial Birthing laws, if you birth to a child in the Tirnreich, the child has Imperial Citizenship.
