Probably a non-member, since there are currently no restrictions on who can vote in polls. There's probably a way the admins could restrict poll participation to specific member classes (i.e. junior/full members/admins and Matt); we did just that on the LoN forums back when LoN was still alive, and for the same purpose - preventing non-members from voting on applications. Since it's become an issue, perhaps one of the admins should look into whether we can do that here or not.

4 Points of Improvement

~ Include images from at least three cities, to show diversity in your region and different aspects of society.
~ Less repetition between highrise buildings.
~ Complete seawalls and other parks and amenities in your cities.
~ Build international region.

Once all four of these points, and points from other admins are completed, you can apply for Full Membership after a time period of at least one month. Then, we will judge you on all of the Junior Membership checklist points and that you have fulfilled all the Points of Improvement from the admin team.

- Better flag as its quality. Flag is nice just not its
quality

- Better location off downtown. Its way to close to the paths of the runways at your international airport
