PROPOSAL | Banner Reforms

As you know, the banner is usually split into 5 parts, so what i propose is to make each of those parts represent a CJ region (Europe, Africa & Asia, ect.) when we can get them.

Well, I don't like the idea of a socialized banner, but in the spirit of Obama, why the hay not?

good idea aleks! tho sometimes the problems is is that we barely get people to submit pics from diverse places. they're mostly from oceania or europe

Socialized!? No, I'm just trying to make it so we don't just always see the same thing. Also, if their isn't a submission from one region we should make it from the CJ of the month and if that nation is already in it the first person to submit pictures that was NOT picked.
