Questions and queries about HTP have been answered. There will now be a donations list that needs to be completed.
The voting option on new AIN applications, "Yes with improvement" will be removed.
Points of Improvement on all Junior Applications will be changed to six PoIs in total. These must be fulfilled in order to move on to FM.
Membership Reform will again be discussed, after concerns were raised that the AIN is too kind.
Wikis will be focused on more, as they have become discarded and many nations do not have a Wiki.
Dependencies and second nations will be discouraged in the future.

More was discussed, but it was very tiny discussions, with very little decided. All of this took over 2 hours.
